I was impressed with Kate Root’s thoughtful approach to my house sale. She focused on what was important to me (ie. energy efficiency of my house), combining that assessment with her review of the house, her research, and the hiring of a professional photographer. ( The aerial views of the house were outstanding.) Her listing was timely and well-appointed. My house sold in 3 days. I am grateful to Kate for making this happen.
